Scotland Travel Guide You Need At Every Step

Probably the loveliest country in the world, Scotland has been blessed by the Gods with an abundance of natural beauty. If nature interests you then Scotland will have you hooked. The sudden deep lochs, fierce cragged peaks and gushing rivers will take you by surprise as the rocky uneven terrain hides many mysteries beneath it.

There is something magical about its mountainous regions and this is why JK Rowling was inspired enough to create Hogwarts after her extensive Scotland stay. The undefinable loveliness of its cities Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness etc. and the grandeur of the Northern Highlands is only matched by the treasure troves of its islands… the Hebrides, the Shetland- Orkney and the Isle of Sky and Islay.

Go to Scotland once and see its dark skied Galloway Park and the elusive Aurora Borealis and you will be convinced about the existence of magic on earth. If the beaches of Luskentyre and the Loch Morich and the Big Sands don’t enchant you then head off to the Ben Navis peak and exhilarate at the Outdoor capital of UK near Lochaber Fort William.

The nation which gave the world Scotch Whiskey has an abundance of Pubs with delish pub fare. Scotland has earned the Protected Geographical Indication status i.e. they must always be prepared in tradition at the same location.

The nation which is the birthplace of Grand Auto Theft (Dundee) and the bagpipes and the Scottish Checks deserves a whole book but for now console yourself by going through this alluringly detailed guide on all things Scottish.

Here is a great place to start: Know about Scotland & Its Tourism.
